How QHuman and Tryhard Infinity handle your information.

Last updated: May 16, 2026

In short: the macros you record stay on your device, we don't sell your personal information, and payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see your card details.

This Privacy Policy explains what information Tryhard Infinity ("we", "us") collects when you use the QHuman application (the "app") and this website, and how that information is used. By using QHuman, you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

Account information

When you create a QHuman account or sign in, we collect your email address. Sign-in and account management are handled through our identity provider, Amazon Cognito.

Subscription & payment

QHuman Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation of your subscription status and a customer reference, but we never see or store your full payment card details — those are handled entirely by Stripe.

Macros, sequences & logs

The sequences you record and the logs QHuman generates are stored locally on your device by default. They are not uploaded to us.

Crash reports

If the app encounters an error, it may offer to send a crash report containing technical diagnostics such as error messages and your app and operating-system versions. Crash reports do not include the contents of your recorded macros.

Website

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver and secure the site.

Newsletter

If you opt in to the QHuman newsletter, your email address is stored with our email provider (Mailchimp). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

A note on recorded input

Because QHuman records mouse and keyboard input, a recorded macro can capture whatever you type or click while recording — including information that may be sensitive, such as text entered into other applications. These recordings are saved locally on your device and remain under your control. Review what you record, and avoid recording sensitive information.

How we use information

  • To provide and maintain the app and your account.
  • To process and manage QHuman Pro subscriptions.
  • To respond to your support requests.
  • To diagnose problems and improve QHuman.
  • To send newsletter updates, if you have opted in.

How information is shared

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers that help us operate QHuman:

  • Amazon Web Services (including Amazon Cognito) — accounts and backend services.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Cloudflare — website hosting and delivery.
  • Mailchimp — newsletter delivery, if you have opted in.

These providers process data on our behalf. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

Data retention & your choices

Your locally stored macros and logs remain on your device until you delete them. You can request deletion of your account and its associated data by contacting us. Unsubscribing from the newsletter removes your email address from that mailing list.

Children

QHuman is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any material change will be reflected by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
