How Tryhard Infinity, LLC collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated: May 19, 2026

In short: the macros you record stay on your device, we don't sell your personal information, and payments are processed securely by Stripe, so we never see your card details. Questions? Email privacy@tryhardinfinity.com.

This Privacy Policy explains how Tryhard Infinity, LLC ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the QHuman application (the "app"), this website, and related services (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you create a QHuman account or sign in, we collect your email address and any name you choose to provide. Accounts and sign-in are managed through Amazon Cognito. If you contact support or the privacy team, we receive the information in your message.

Subscription and payment information

QHuman Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Stripe handles your payment card details directly, so we never see or store full card numbers. We receive your subscription status and a customer reference so we can manage your Pro access.

Macros, sequences, and logs

The action sequences you record and the logs QHuman generates are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your macros. Recent entries from the app log are included when a crash report is sent or when you submit a bug report (see "Diagnostic and crash data").

Diagnostic and crash data

To help us find and fix problems, QHuman reports crashes automatically. If the app hits an unexpected error, a crash report (the error and its technical traceback, recent app-log entries, the app version, and operating-system details) is sent to our crash-reporting provider, Sentry. Automatic crash reporting is on by default; you can turn it off at any time in the app's Settings.

You can also send a bug report yourself from the app's Help menu. A bug report includes the description you write and, unless you untick it, a copy of the app's recent log. Crash and bug reports do not include your saved macro files or your account credentials.

Information collected automatically

When you visit this website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) automatically processes standard technical information: your IP address, browser and device characteristics, and log data such as pages viewed and timestamps. This is used to deliver, secure, and maintain the site. We do not use the website to build advertising profiles.

Newsletter

If you opt in to the QHuman newsletter, your email address is stored with our email provider, Mailchimp. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any newsletter email.

We do not collect sensitive personal information (such as government identifiers, precise geolocation, health, or biometric data), and we do not knowingly receive personal information about you from third parties beyond the service providers described below.

2. How we use your information

  • To provide, maintain, and improve the app, your account, and this website;
  • To process and manage QHuman Pro subscriptions and entitlements;
  • To respond to your support, privacy, and other requests;
  • To diagnose problems, monitor reliability, and develop new features;
  • To send newsletter updates, if you have opted in;
  • To protect the Services against fraud, abuse, and security threats; and
  • To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Legal bases for processing

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom, we process your personal information only when we have a valid legal basis: with your consent; to perform a contract with you (such as providing your account and subscription); to comply with a legal obligation; or for our legitimate interests (such as securing and improving the Services) where those interests are not overridden by your rights. You may withdraw consent at any time.

4. When and with whom we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the Services, under contracts that limit their use of it:

  • Amazon Web Services - account management (Amazon Cognito), backend processing (AWS Lambda), and transactional email (Amazon SES).
  • Stripe - subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Cloudflare - website hosting, DNS, and content delivery.
  • Sentry - crash and error report processing.
  • Mailchimp - newsletter delivery, if you have opted in.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

5. A note on recorded input

QHuman records mouse and keyboard input. A recorded macro can therefore capture anything you type or click while recording, including information that may be sensitive, such as text entered into other applications. These recordings are saved locally on your device and remain entirely under your control. Review what you record, and avoid recording passwords or other sensitive information.

6. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy (for example, for as long as you maintain an account), unless a longer period is required by law (such as for tax or accounting). When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it. Macros and logs stored locally remain on your device until you delete them.

7. How we keep information secure

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including encryption in transit and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The Services are intended for users 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us personal information, contact privacy@tryhardinfinity.com and we will delete it.

9. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access a copy of it, to correct or delete it, to object to or restrict certain processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. You can also review or update your account information from within the app, or close your account at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@tryhardinfinity.com. We will respond in accordance with applicable law and may need to verify your identity first. If you are in the EEA or UK, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

10. United States state privacy rights

Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have specific rights, which may include the right to confirm whether we process your personal information and to access it; to correct it; to delete it; to obtain a portable copy; and to opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or profiling. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. To make a request, email privacy@tryhardinfinity.com; if we decline, you may appeal by replying to our decision.

11. Do-Not-Track

Some browsers offer a "Do-Not-Track" (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for DNT, so we do not currently respond to DNT signals. We do not track you across third-party websites for advertising regardless.

12. International users

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you use the Services from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be processed in the U.S. We honor the rights described above for users in the EEA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and other regions to the extent their laws apply.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and where appropriate we will provide additional notice. Please review it periodically.
