Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QHuman application (the "app") and this website, provided by Tryhard Infinity, LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using QHuman, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use QHuman.

1. Your license to use QHuman

Tryhard Infinity grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use QHuman. QHuman is offered as a free tier and a paid "QHuman Pro" tier. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the app except where permitted by law.

2. QHuman Pro plans

QHuman Pro is sold through Stripe in three ways: a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, and a one-time Lifetime purchase. All three unlock the same Pro features; they differ only in how they are paid for.

Monthly and annual subscriptions. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. Before an annual subscription renews, a reminder email is sent to the address on your account. You can cancel at any time from within the app (Account → Manage subscription); your Pro access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. We may change subscription prices, and will give reasonable notice before any change takes effect.

Lifetime (one-time purchase). A Lifetime purchase is charged once and does not renew automatically. There is no subscription to cancel. "Lifetime" means for as long as QHuman Pro is offered and developed, and it includes every QHuman update released in that time. A Lifetime purchase is tied to the account it was bought for and is not transferable to another account or person.

3. Refunds

A Lifetime purchase, and the first payment on an annual subscription, can be refunded in full within 14 days of that payment, for any reason. Email support@tryhardinfinity.com and ask. Monthly payments and subscription renewals are refunded on request, reviewed case by case.

A full refund ends your QHuman Pro access. Access already cached on a device, including an offline activation key, can keep working on that device until it expires, which is within about 90 days.

4. Acceptable use

You are responsible for how you use QHuman. You agree not to use QHuman to:

• break any applicable law or regulation;
• violate the terms of service or rules of any game, application, or website you automate;
• gain an advantage in a service in a way that the service prohibits; or
• harm, harass, defraud, or disrupt others.

QHuman is a general-purpose automation tool. It does not endorse cheating, and using it against a third party's rules is done at your own risk and responsibility.

5. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

6. Disclaimer of warranty

QHuman is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every system or third-party application.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tryhard Infinity will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use QHuman.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to QHuman if you violate these Terms. You may stop using QHuman at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers and limitation of liability, will continue to apply.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of QHuman after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
